In order to officially register with the league, you must sign a contract.
The contract states simple things like, "I will abide by the DBAD Policy", and "I will play fair" and all that good stuff.
Any player that fails to sign the contract cannot play until they do so.
Any player that breaks the rules enough will be kicked from the league, as they have signed the contract stating that they understand the rules.
